“Phenomenal and a true adventure”

My coaching experience was phenomenal and a true adventure. I came to coaching in a funk, feeling stuck and un-energetic. During my very first session things began to shift. As a result of our sessions, I was able to erase a negative story I had about myself, that I didn't have follow through. The direct result was writing and publishing a book, and creating, recording, and distributing a podcast, all in the same year. Those were amazing results.

I now realize that I am a badass, capable of anything. I didn’t feel like that before coaching and am grateful to be experiencing myself in a whole new way.
